COLUMBIA, Mo. — Kelly Bryant’s return wasn’t nearly enough to jump-start Missouri’s lifeless passing game, not with the Florida Gators attacking the pocket from every angle Saturday. The No. 11 Gators bombarded the Mizzou backfield with defenders throughout their 23-6 victory, forcing Bryant to spend the day scrambling just to keep plays alive.

The Gators knew, too. Mizzou converted only five of 18 third downs, allowed three sacks and rarely found breathing room against Florida’s suffocating pressure.
