Mizzou lands five on coaches All-SEC team

COLUMBIA, MO. • Five Missouri players earned second-team honors on the coaches' All-Southeastern Conference football team: quarterback Drew Lock, wide receiver Emanuel Hall, defensive tackle Terry Beckner Jr., middle linebacker Cale Garrett and cornerback DeMarkus Acy.

Only Alabama with 12 and Georgia with seven landed more players on the first and second team. South Carolina matched Mizzou's five. Coaches were not allowed to vote for their own players.

Lock and Beckner both earned second-team honors on The Associated Press' All-SEC team on Monday. Missouri right guard Tre'Vour Wallace-Simms was voted to the AP first team but didn't make the cut on the coaches' team.
