Mizzou lands 3 players on coaches' All-SEC teams

COLUMBIA, Mo. — Three Missouri players have been awarded All-Southeastern Conference honors by the league's coaches.

Wide receiver Luther Burden III was a first-team pick while right tackle Armand Membou and defensive end Johnny Walker Jr. made the second team.

Mizzou's three selections are down from the seven that the Tigers placed on the coaches' All-SEC teams last season. Only four of the 16 SEC teams had three or fewer All-SEC selections this season.

Burden made the first team both seasons and cracked the list of the conference's best wideouts despite finishing 17th in the SEC with 676 receptions this year.
