What a difference a week makes for the Mizzou football team.
In Week 1, the Tigers were the guys who turned the ball over, couldn’t run the football, couldn’t stop the run, couldn’t create turnovers or tackle consistently.
All of that seemed to be fixed in one week.
The Mizzou football team collected itself well and dominated West Virginia in a 38-7 rout Saturday in its home opener.
Missouri picked up two turnovers in the first half that led to points and stymied a West Virginia offense that wanted to be more balanced than it was in its opening game.
