Football recruiting has been mostly quiet in the last few weeks. Shemar Pearl marked the first commitment since Zxaequan Reeves committed on June 5th, and only the third overall since mid-May. But Pearl may have started a run, as the next newest Missouri Tigers is Florida DE/OLB Zachary Lovett:
Lovett is a big Linebacker, so it makes sense he might project into more of a hybrid role at the college level. And with Missouri’s issues getting to the Quarterback over the last few seasons, anyone who can get into the backfield will be welcomed. Lovett looks like he could be that kind of player.
