The 2019 Mizzou football season is officially over after the Tigers defeated the Arkansas Razorbacks 24-14 on Friday in Little Rock, Arkansas. The victory gave the Tigers a 6-6 record to wrap up the year.
Mizzou football was down to its third quarterback and found itself behind in the second half. But the Tigers rallied and came from behind to leave the Battle Line Rivalry game with its fourth-consecutive trophy.
The Tigers were without starter Kelly Bryant for the season finale. Bryant missed the game with injuries to his knee and hamstring. With that, the Tigers decided to start freshman Connor Bazelak, who wouldn’t lose his redshirt year because it was only his third appearance this year.
