COLUMBIA, MO. • Once again, Missouri athletics operated in the black, producing a surplus of $4,358,620 for the 2014-15 fiscal year, according to financial figures submitted to the NCAA and obtained by the Post-Dispatch through an open records request.
The most recent data reflects the 2014-15 school year through June 30, 2015, which included the football team’s second consecutive trip to the SEC championship game.
MU hauled in a school-record $91,217,778 in operating revenue, up from $83,718,587 the previous year, an increase of 9 percent, despite drops in ticket sales, donations, royalties and camp revenue.
