Mizzou falls to K-State in Paradise Jam final

Kansas State took command of a close game with a late spurt in the first half then ran away with an 82-67 victory over Missouri in Monday’s championship game of the Paradise Jam in the Virgin Islands.

The Tigers (3-2) got 24 points from senior guard Jordan Geist but not enough from the rest of their lineup as the No. 12 Wildcats had four players finish in double figures. Once again, Mizzou center Jeremiah Tilmon endured foul trouble from the game’s opening minutes and finished with only two points, four rebounds and four turnovers before fouling out with more than three minutes left.
