Mizzou Black and Gold Game: Five things to watch

Until more freshmen join the team this summer, the Tigers are going to be short on wide receivers, especially Saturday. Emanuel Hall, one of the nation’s top deep threats last year, suffered a shoulder injury in Thursday’s practice and won’t be available for the spring scrimmage, a team spokesman confirmed Friday. Hall, who caught eight touchdowns last year and ranked second nationally with 24.8 yards per catch, will have arthroscopic surgery next week but should be fully recovered by July 1. The Tigers will be down to just three scholarship receivers with game experience: Richaud Floyd, Johnathon Johnson and Nate Brown.
