Missouri volleyball controlled the court inside Memorial Coliseum in Lexington, Kentucky, on Sunday to complete another SEC sweep.
The Tigers (21-4, 12-1) were tough offensively and beat No. 18 Kentucky (18-6, 11-2) in three straight sets.
The win was Missouri’s first sweep on the road over a top-20 ranked opponent since 2013, the year Missouri won the Southeastern Conference Championship.
The Tigers had 46 kills on .382 hitting throughout the match. Thirteen of those came in the first set, which Missouri won 25-18. Twenty-one more came in the second set, which Missouri won 25-21.
