His responsibilities include film breakdown and game-planning for opponents with statistics and tendencies.
Following a standout career at Oklahoma, Finley spent parts of four seasons with the San Francisco 49ers (2008 and 2009 practice squads) and Detroit Lions (2010 practice squad and 2011 active roster).
