Of course, the main element that allows either of these units to work infallibly, is a well-developed offensive line. Fortunately, Missouri’s line has at least a year of experience.

In 2016, Missouri’s receivers struggled at times, were amazing at other times, and made unbelievable mistakes at the worst times. Then again, there really isn’t a “good” time to err.

With at least a year’s experience, most of the receivers will be better ready to make an impact for Mizzou.

Added to the mix, quarterback Drew Lock will enter his second full season as the starter, after a productive season as a sophomore.
