Last year, Missouri’s basketball program went 1-6 against non-conference opponents that appeared in the NCAA basketball tournament. This year, they’ll face six of last year’s group of 64 in hopes of turning that record around.
The 2015-16 non-conference schedule for Kim Anderson’s second year on the job was announced Friday afternoon.
"We have once again put together one of the best and most challenging schedules in the country," Anderson said in the news release. "Our non-conference opponents will provide a great test for our young team and hopefully prepare them for the rigors of an always tough Southeastern Conference schedule.
