In front of the second biggest crowd this season, 3,994, and with swaths of beloved friends and family on hand to celebrate Mizzou Gymnastics’ eight seniors, the Tigers PUT ON A SHOW, delighting the crowd from start to finish with high scores — SO MANY HIGH SCORES! — dazzling tumbling passes, enthusiastic facial expressions, (some) stuck landings, and just... awesomeness. It was magnificent. There were tears— mine, the team, spectators, and honestly, probably some members of the Auburn team, knowing that at least for one day, they had moved out of the dreaded 9th place slot for the SEC Championships (which translates to NO championships).
