Josh Heupel, architect of Mizzou offense, leaves for UCF

COLUMBIA, MO. • Missouri’s football team is suddenly uncoordinated.

Back in September, Tigers coach Barry Odom fired defensive coordinator DeMontie Cross two games into the season. On Tuesday, offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Josh Heupel was named the head coach at Central Florida.
