Heading into October, Missouri post Jontay Porter was shaping into a potential lottery pick in the NBA draft. His older brother, Michael Porter Jr., slipped to the very end of the lottery last year thanks to a back injury. The question became which Porter would get drafted higher, as Jontay was going to have the Mizzou offense built around him in his sophomore season.
He tore his ACL and the slip started. The second ACL injury looked to have dropped him out of the first round, but ended up dropping him all the way out of the second round as well.
