COLUMBIA, Mo. • New Miami football coach Mark Richt announced four staff additions Wednesday, including former Missouri assistant Craig Kuligowski, who will join the Hurricanes as defensive line coach, as several outlets reported last week.
Kuligowski was Gary Pinkel's D-line coach at Mizzou from 2001-15 and produced 22 first- and second-team all-conference players, two consensus All-Americans and SEC defensive players of the year, Michael Sam and Shane Ray, and 12 NFL draft picks, including four first-rounders in Ziggy Hood, Aldon Smith, Sheldon Richardson and Ray.
