The old saying goes, “It’s not how you start. It’s how you finish.” That certainly was true for the Missouri Tigers on Friday afternoon in Seattle. While the Tigers led from start to finish, they started a bit slow. But they built upon their lead as the meet progressed (more on that below) and by the time Helen Hu scored yet another perfect 10 as the anchor in the last rotation, a lead that was only 0.05 after one rotation ballooned to 1.40 and a new regional program high, beating their 197.600 2023 LA regional final score.
