CINCINNATI, Ohio • Greetings from Cintas Center, home of the Xavier Musketeers (1-0), who tip off against Missouri (2-0) at 5:30 p.m. CT. It’s the Tigers’ first major test of the season and a prelude to a string of challenging road games this season, which includes games at nationally ranked foes Arizona, Kentucky, Vanderbilt and LSU.
Xavier figures to have a typically big crowd at Cintas, which seats 10,250, more than Missouri drew in its first two home games combined.
Xavier owns the fifth-best home winning percentage (.870) in college basketball since Cintas opened in 2000-10, trailing only Gonzaga (McCarthy Athletic Center), Kentucky (Rupp Arena), Wisconsin (Kohl Center) and Memphis (FedEx Forum).
