COLUMBIA, Mo. — While Mizzou basketball fans wait for a decision from Caleb Love — the five-star senior guard from CBC has narrowed his college choices to MU and North Carolina — the start of practices shifted the spotlight to the freshmen already part of coach Cuonzo Martin’s roster, especially at the power forward position. That’s an antiquated term that might be obsolete for the Tigers this season.
The “four” position, conventionally known as the power forward, will be home to 6-foot-8 Tray Jackson and 6-7 Kobe Brown, though Martin doesn’t consider either freshman a forward in the traditional sense.
