Missouri came up short trying to land four-star forward Tray Jackson earlier this fall but never stopped pursuing the Michigan native. Late Friday night, Jackson dropped his verbal pledge to Minnesota and announced he would sign with Missouri, giving the Tigers two commitments for the 2019 recruiting class.
Jackson, who plays at Sunrise Christian Academy in Kansas, joins Vashon guard Mario McKinney in MU’s two-man class. The early signing period begins Nov. 14.
Jackson, 6-8 and 200 pounds, is rated the nation’s No. 16 power forward and No. 82 player overall by 247Sports.com.
