A few things:
1.) The Longhorns proved that the cold weather was no match for their mighty bats, thus proving Dylan and many others wrong. Per our preview, “Colder weather often makes the surrounding air denser, making it harder to hit home runs. For a Texas team that ranks 3rd in the conference in HR at 55, I would love for Mizzou, who has struggled with giving up multi-run homers, to take advantage. If the ball stays in the park, that gives the Tigers the edge.” The weather did not, in fact, keep the ball in the ballpark.
