Just because the portal isn’t officially open doesn't mean recruiting sites can’t report who is planning on entering the moment the season is over. There have already been many reports on many players who ‘plan’ on entering. We’re keeping close track over on the Forums if you’re so inclined to join in.
But while things have mostly been quiet on any players being reported leaving, several Special Teams backups have announced an intention to transfer.
