Big things were expected this year of the Billikens, but one thing the Bills have done is rack up a lot of bills for those who consistently have bet on them.
St. Louis University’s disappointing team, which before the season was touted as an NCAA Tournament squad but now almost certainly must win the Atlantic 10 Conference tourney to qualify, got a bit of a boost Friday by holding off Dayton 65-61 at home. The Billikens, who were a slight underdog, improved their on-floor record to 20-11. But even with that, their point spread record is just 12-17-1.
