The past 24-plus hours, Missouri fans held their breath waiting to hear the injury update on star quarterback Kelly Bryant.
As it turns out, Bryant wasn’t the star player fans should’ve been worried about.
While it was announced that Bryant suffered a knee sprain in Saturday’s 42-10 win over Troy but is expected to be full go this week, MU also confirmed defensive captain and star linebacker Cale Garrett has a pectoral tendon injury and will be out indefinitely. He will have surgery on the tendon Tuesday.
