Brantley resurfaces at Northwest Missouri State

Former Missouri defensive lineman Harold Brantley has resurfaced at Division II Northwest Missouri State in Maryville. Brantley tweeted on Monday that he's playing for the Bearcats.

A team spokesman did not confirm Brantley has joined the program, though the Northwest Missourian student newspaper reported that Brantley's transfer was official. It's unlikely he plays for the Bearcats Saturday against Nebraska-Kearney, the paper reported.

Brantley doesn't doesn't appear on the tam's online roster, but he's listed in the school's online student database.

Coincidentally, Missouri first-year starting defensive end Jordan Harold is a walk-on transfer from Northwest Missouri State.
