We are two weeks into the season and the Tigers have logged back-to-back dominant, shut out performances to start the year. Despite outscoring their (undermanned) opponents 89-0, grumbles continue to emanate from stands about the offense, particularly the passing game. With expectations rightfully sky-high for a unit returning eight starters including quarterback Brady Cook, the relatively low production in the passing game has many Tiger fans concerned. This concern seems to primarily revolve around the deep passing game, which has, admittedly, been non-existent so far. Despite an increasingly difficult schedule beginning this week with an improved Boston College team, Mizzou fans don’t have any reason to worry.
