Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott doesn’t get many things right, and his motivations were obviously driven by the fact his conference is often missing from the four-team playoff picture, but right is right, and Scott was right when last month he became the first Power 5 commissioner to pitch expanding the College Football Playoff field from four teams to eight.
