Scribbled in black marker on the dry-erase board bolted to the wall were reminders of the attributes Martin has asked his assistants to prioritize on the recruiting trail. Martin motioned to the bullet point at the bottom of the list.
“Do they love to play?”
The “love” was the only word on the board underlined.
