COLUMBIA, MO. • It’s not a stretch to imagine Missouri basketball coach Kim Anderson taking a head count each day to make sure he can still field a team next season. A week after Mizzou announced Anderson would be back for a third year, the team bid farewell to sophomore guards Namon Wright and Tramaine Isabell, the latest defections from a program that’s undergone constant attrition since Anderson took over two years ago.
Since the end of Mizzou’s 2014-15 season, eight players have left the team before their eligibility has expired, including four of the five players Anderson signed in his first recruiting class.
