Alabama feasts on Mizzou's turnover binge

TUSCALOOSA, ALA. • Alabama might be nursing a Clemson hangover from its loss in last week’s College Football Playoff championship game, but the Crimson Tide basketball program still has a strong pulse. These days, that’s about all it takes when Missouri steps on your court.

The Tigers came to Coleman Coliseum on Wednesday seeking an end to their growing list of losing streaks but left with more of the same. In a game Alabama led for all but the first 29 seconds, the Crimson Tide’s 68-56 victory extended MU’s losing skid to nine games. With another loss away from Mizzou Arena, the Tigers have lost 29 consecutive true road games and fell to 0-21 in Southeastern Conference road contests under third-year coach Kim Anderson.
