COLUMBIA, Mo. — The Missouri football team held a typical meeting in the wake of the Tigers’ first loss of the year, which happened to land right before the halfway point of the season.
While addressing his team, Mizzou coach Eli Drinkwitz turned to the numbers.
“One of the things that we talked about as a team (Monday) is we’re at the halfway point of the season,” he said. “And this is where we’re at: these are the statistics that have to improve in order for us to have the second half of the season that we want to have.
