High school football season is about to kick off in Missouri, and several area teams were in action Friday night at the Central High School football jamboree.
One team that took the spotlight on Friday was Logan-Rogersville, which is looking to build off of a 7-3 finish last year. The Wildcats had one of their best regular seasons since winning the state title in 2011, but the year ended on a sour note with an upset loss to Hillcrest in districts.
"I'm excited about this upcoming year, we got a group that has a lot of maturity and ability to work through it," Logan-Rogersville head coach Mark Talbert said.
