For the first time since the current Missouri State football staff took over in 2020, the Bears are heading into a season where the coaches appear genuinely excited about the offensive line.
It's been the team's biggest weakness for as long as it's been here. As far as sacks allowed, it's been far worse than the numbers posted under the Bears' previous staff under Dave Steckel.
"I think we have the best line since we've been here," offensive coordinator Nick Petrino said. "We have a lot of depth there and our thing right now is to figure out who the best five guys are.
