Head coach Mike Mauk runs a heightened air-raid offense — the Falcons exclusively throw the ball. Mauk has coached the three quarterbacks who hold the top-three spots nationally for the most passing yards in a season. That trio includes former Falcons quarterback Alex Huston.
It is a system that served Glendale well last season — the Falcons won a district title before falling to Carthage in the state semifinals.
