The high school basketball postseason begins this weekend for the large schools with a few looking like they can put together a playoff run.
Several teams on both the boys and girls' sides are playing their best basketball at the right time.
With the regular season wrapped up for the large schools, here's a look at the boys and girls teams that are carrying some momentum going into the postseason:
Ozark boys
One of the hardest-playing teams in southwest Missouri is the Ozark Tigers, and that could bode well for them throughout the postseason.
Ozark has won six of its last nine games which includes a win over Nixa.
