It was just Saturday when Missouri State was playing Drake for the top spot in the Missouri Valley Conference.
The Bears lost by three to drop down to third place in the MVC. Three days later, on Tuesday, they were blown out by 20 on the road to a middle-of-the-pack Bradley team.
Now MSU is just as close to playing in a play-in game as they are to winning the regular-season title they were predicted to win before the season.
