The Border War is back.
Missouri men's basketball will face the No. 7 Kansas Jayhawks on Saturday at Allen Fieldhouse in Lawrence, Kan. on Saturday, Dec. 11 for the first time since a charity exhibition game in 2017, and for the first time in true competition since Kansas' nail-biting 87–86 victory over the Tigers in 2012, just before Missouri departed for the Southeastern Conference.
Young and inexperienced, with only two returning starters from last season's NCAA Tournament team, Missouri has struggled so far in non-conference play after dropping games to Florida State, Wichita State, Liberty and UMKC.
