The catch was so good that even the opposing team made sure it made SportsCenter.
Springfield Cardinals right fielder Lane Thomas made an incredible leaping catch at the wall during Tuesday night's 16-5 win over the Tulsa Drillers.
With what looked to be a home run, Thomas leaped while hitting his lower body against a shorter right-field wall. He then flipped over the fence and disappeared.
"I don't think he caught it," the announcer said.
Wrong.
Next thing you know, Thomas raises his glove showing he caught the ball in spectacular fashion.
