US Baseball Park announced Wednesday morning it has begun the construction process for an indoor training facility in Ozark.
The new facility will be called the US Baseball Indoor Training Facility. It will be a 23,000 square foot structure and will provide baseball technology to measure analytics along with automated pitching machines, according to US Baseball.
A press release by US Baseball Park says the space will hold 14 batting cages along with portable mounds. Cages will be able to retract to allow access for a full-size high school infield where teams will be able to practice year round.
