Former Kickapoo basketball state champion Anthony Tolliver will reportedly stick with the Memphis Grizzlies when the NBA resumes its season next month.
According to Marc Stein of The New York Times, Tolliver and the Grizzlies have verbally agreed to a new contract that can be signed once the league's transaction window begins Tuesday. Tolliver is eligible for a prorated veteran's minimum contract for the remainder of the season
Tolliver, who had stints this season with the Portland Trail Blazers and Sacramento Kings, signed with the Grizzlies on March 2, and his contract was set to expire before the NBA suspended its season March 11 after Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert tested positive for COVID-19.
