Springfield Catholic star quarterback Tyson Riley commits to Army football

Springfield's top college football recruit is headed to West Point.

Catholic star quarterback and defensive back Tyson Riley tweeted Monday night that he will sign to play football at the United States Military Academy.

"I would like to thank all the fans who have supported me," Riley tweeted. "Finally, I would like to thank my mom and dad for always being there for me and pushing me to be great.

"With all that being said, I'm excited to announce I will be continuing my academic and football career at the United States Military Academy.
