Most of the snow may be gone from around the Ozarks, but there was plenty of Snow inside JQH Arena that visiting Southern Illinois couldn't handle.
Tyonna Snow scored 20 points, grabbed five rebounds, handed out five assists and snagged five steals, including the 300th of her career, to lead the Lady Bears (13-7, 6-2 in the Missouri Valley Conference) to a 82-77 win over Southern Illinois (11-8, 4-3) Sunday night before 3,183 at JQH Arena.
Playing inspired basketball with acrobatic shots and daredevil steal attempts, Snow made some crucial plays as the game came to a close and the Lady Salukis breathing down the Lady Bears' necks.
