The women’s soccer team fell 1-0 to Louisiana Tech tonight for the third scoreless game in a row. This scoring drought has brought the Bears from a 3-0 start to a 3-3 record on the season. All three losses have been at home.
“I think we did a lot of good things,” head coach Rob Brewer said. “We had the ball possession both in the first and second half.”
The Bears’ scoring drought has not come from lack of effort offensively. In the last three games the Bears recorded 33 shots. Nine of those shots came from the game tonight.
