Missouri State football has landed yet another one of the top high school football prospects in southwest Missouri.
Reeds Spring senior tight end and defensive lineman Caden Wiest has committed to stay in southwest Missouri and play for the Bears.
Wiest is a 6-foot-4, 250-pounder who held offers from Wyoming, Central Michigan, Colorado State, Eastern Michigan, New Mexico State, Rice, Illinois State and others.
In a phone interview with the News-Leader minutes before he made his decision public, Wiest said he made the decision to play at Missouri State on Saturday.
