Megan Burke/The StandardIt wasn’t pretty Sunday as the Missouri State Bears fell to the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles 73-66 at the Mabee Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma to drop to 9-3 on the season.
The Golden Eagles (3-9) started the game hot, jumping out to an early 9-2 lead.
Missouri State senior J.T. Miller responded with a 3-pointer to switch the momentum in favor of the Bears. Senior Jarrid Rhodes followed suit by draining back-to-back 3-pointers.
Rhodes led the way for the Bears in the first half, scoring 12 points on 5-10 shooting.
