A late run wasn’t enough to erase another sloppy showing away from JQH Arena in Missouri State’s sixth straight loss on the road.
Missouri State lost 74-67 to North Dakota State on Saturday night despite the long-awaited debut of former Kickapoo High star Jared Ridder.
The Bears struggled to score a majority of the night until a late push that held NDSU to one field goal in the last 8:29 of the game.
Down 18 points with 9:05 to play, MSU went on runs of 8-0 and 7-0 to cut the NDSU lead to five with 1:53 remaining.
