It took exactly one minute for the Missouri State men's soccer Bears to take the lead Wednesday, Oct. 9, against Bradley University, and they would keep that lead for the next 89 minutes to improve to 10-0-0.
Redshirt senior Ian Jones scored to give the Bears the early lead — the first of a three-goal first half by the Bears.
After Bradley had a few quick chances, senior forward Matt Bentley scored to widen MSU's lead to 2-0.
Bentley was the only Bear near the ball, with three Bradley defenders and goalkeeper close by. He managed to kick the ball in from the top left corner of the penalty box.
