BATON ROUGE, La. — Before every season, Lady Bears head coach Amaka Agugua-Hamilton requires her players to present her with a word they want to focus on.
Mya Bhinhar's was "composure."
"Coach Mox" asked her why.
"I said that we have a lot of experience and we have a lot of new people," Bhinhar said. "I said that I want to be that person that people can look at me and know 'hey, we're OK. We're going to be composed.' I want to bring that to our team."
After the Lady Bears jumped out to a 13-point lead in the first quarter of Thursday night's First Four matchup against Florida State, the Seminoles punched back.
