After a heartbreaker in the SEC Tournament semifinals, Missouri softball is ready for action in the NCAA Tournament.
Mizzou (38-15) hosts UIC (29-21) in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday, May 21. The game is set to begin at 3:30 pm CT and marks the first NCAA Tournament regional game hosted by the Tigers since 2016.
Missouri's NCAA Tournament contest vs. UIC comes exactly one week after a rollercoaster 7-6 loss to Florida in the SEC Softball Tournament semifinals. Mizzou junior Emma Raabe connected on a clutch homer run in the top of the seventh, giving the Tigers a 6-5 lead over the Gators.
